Four perfect 10s: What four Singapore clients say about Yings Creative Lab (Rated 10/10)

At Yings Creative Lab, I help small businesses in Singapore with brand & web design, building Squarespace & Shopify websites made to get found on Google & in AI search. Locallista is a platform that helps people find trusted local service providers in Singapore, in over a hundred categories. Getting listed there is not automatic, so going live as a web designer in Singapore with an overall score of 10 out of 10 meant I had proved I belong.

When you need a website and cannot tell who to trust

You need a website, but it is hard to tell a designer who will listen from one who only looks good online. A portfolio shows the finished page. It doesn't show whether they explained each step, or picked up after launch.

So many founders end up building the site themselves, or paying for one that looks nice & brings in no clients. If you are new to the city, or new to running your own business, it is even harder to know who to ask. Choosing who builds your website is a personal decision, and a website alone cannot tell you who to trust.

AI can build you a website in minutes. It can't make you the answer.

How Locallista tested that claim

Before I went live, I gave Locallista a list of past clients. That is where my part ended. Locallista's own team called them directly, and I had no say in what was asked or what they said back. I don't know what came up on those calls until the reviews are published, the same as anyone reading this. That is independent review collection, not a stack of testimonials I chose.

Four of those calls are now complete, and each one ended in a 10. My overall score on Locallista is 10 out of 10, with 10 for quality, communication, punctuality and courtesy, and 9.75 for price. To stay listed, a business has to keep its rating above 9.0. There is no paid placement on Locallista. Nobody can buy a better position. Only performance decides it.

What clients said

Cheryl hired me to design the website for Studio Analogue, her podcast studio in Singapore. It was her first time working with a web designer. Cheryl told Locallista I was "very patient in answering my questions, very responsive," and that "the price felt very fair."

Kerstin asked me to redo the whole website for Shangri-Paw, her luxury cat hotel in Singapore. Kerstin told Locallista that the long survey at the start "was very helpful to put her in the right direction," and that the support afterwards "has also been really, really good."

Christine's business needed a website, its social media handles, SEO and domains, all in one project. Christine described me to Locallista this way: "She made everything easy, she's quick, she wrote the website as well."

Adelphia had been putting off the redesign of the portfolio page for For the Love of Socials, her marketing agency, for a long time. Adelphia told Locallista that I helped her "basically get it live," and called me "thoughtful, detail oriented."

How I help: brand, Squarespace, Shopify & sites that get found

I start by understanding what you need, and what you don't. I explain every step, so you are never guessing. And I stay after launch.

My background is in psychology & digital marketing, which is why every project starts with how your customers think, before a single page is designed. Structure before copy. Strategy before design. The goal is simple: a website that works as hard as you do, and helps the right people find you, on Google and on tools like ChatGPT, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews.

If you are looking for a web designer in Singapore, a Squarespace or Shopify website in Singapore, or a website revamp with SEO & AI search setup, I would love to hear about your business.

But if you need anything else, Locallista is the place to look, because the same standards apply in every category: calls to past clients before listing, a rating that must stay above 9.0, and no paid placement. In Singapore, that already covers accountants, interior designers, physiotherapists, photographers, and dozens more.

Locallista is also live in Lisbon, Barcelona, Madrid and Amsterdam, with more cities opening soon. Every provider there earned their place the same way I did, so you can trust the people helping you, no matter where you are in the world.
